About the Role
From wet weight to jarred flower, you control the environment, the schedule, and the standard. You'll lead a small post-harvest team and partner closely with cultivation and packaging.
Responsibilities
- Manage dry-room conditions and cure schedule
- Lead trim team scheduling, training, and QA
- Track yields and quality metrics per harvest
- Maintain SOPs and ensure GPP/GMP compliance
- Coordinate handoff to packaging
Qualifications
- 3+ years in post-harvest or food/beverage production
- Team leadership experience
- Strong written documentation habits
Nice to Have
- Cannabis post-harvest experience
- Familiarity with Health Canada regulations
