PURPLEFARM grows handcrafted whole flower across precision-controlled Canadian facilities. We are a small team building a serious cultivation company, room by room.
About the Role
You will work the rooms — irrigation, plant training, IPM scouting, environmental tuning — under the direction of the Head Grower. This role is for people who care about the small things: leaf angle, runoff EC, the difference a 0.5°C swing makes at lights-on.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cultivation tasks across veg and flower rooms
- Monitor irrigation, runoff, and substrate health
- Scout for pests and pathogens and log findings
- Maintain room sanitation and SOP compliance
- Support transplants, defoliation, and harvest as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year in commercial indoor cultivation
- Comfort with daily physical work in a controlled environment
- Detail-oriented record keeping
- Eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have
- Experience with coco or rockwool
- Familiarity with environmental control software
- Cannabis industry experience
